Held​ ​annually,​ ​The​ ​Other​ ​Festival​ ​celebrates​ ​the heritage​ ​of​ ​Ipoh​ ​Old​ ​Town​ ​and​ ​features​ ​a​ ​mix​ ​of performances,​ ​guided​ ​tours, movie​ ​screenings,​ ​exhibitions,​ ​bazaars​ ​and​ ​more.
