Program Geran KL Kreatif bertujuan untuk menggiatkan pusat bandar bersejarah ke arah penciptaan hab kreatif, boleh didiami, bertenaga dan berkembang maju dengan menawarkan peluang untuk melaksanakan kerja-kerja penambahbaikan daerah kreatif, membangunkan ekonomi serta mengukuhkan daya tahan sosial dan alam sekitar di Pusat Bandar Kuala Lumpur.
Program ini bertujuan untuk menarik bakat dan perniagaan ke Pusat Bandar Kuala Lumpur dan menggalakkan tanggapan persekitaran yang menarik untuk hidup, bekerja, bersantap dan beriadah. Kualiti tanggapan sesebuah tempat adalah penting untuk menarik dan mengekalkan bakat serta kumpulan bakat yang pelbagai akan menjadi titik jualan utama untuk membawa pelaburan baharu ke daerah kreatif ini.
Penggiatan semula adalah berdasarkan pelbagai kaedah dan peringkat pelaburan awam yang disasarkan. Oleh itu, Think City, dengan sokongan Kementerian Kewangan melancarkan Program Geran KL Kreatif dalam Belanjawan 2023 Malaysia MADANI untuk mencapai wawasan tersebut dan menangani cabaran bandar sedia ada di Pusat Bandar Kuala Lumpur.
The Individual Mobility Action supports artists and cultural professionals to carry out a project with a partner of their choice in another Creative Europe country. The call is open to individuals and groups of up to 5 people, who wish to implement projects lasting between 7 to 60 days for individuals and 7 to 21 days for the groups. The grant contributes to travel and subsistence costs, and offers additional top-ups based on grantees’ individual situation.
Insentif Seni JKKN merupakan penjenamaan beberapa bentuk bantuan dan perkhidmatan sedia ada yang disediakan oleh JKKN kepada Badan Bukan Kerajaan (NGO) seni budaya dan penggiat seni budaya bagi menambah upaya mereka untuk melaksanakan program dan aktiviti berkaitan seni budaya.
Geran Sokongan Sektor Kebudayaan (GSSK) MOTAC merupakan
satu inisiatif kerajaan yang diumumkan melalui Bajet 2023 di bawah
Pelan Pemulihan Pelancongan MOTAC. Bagi memastikan ekosistem
kesenian dan kebudayaan di negara ini terus kekal berdaya saing
dan diperkasa pada tahun 2023, GSSK MOTAC diteruskan selari
dengan matlamat dan nilai teras Malaysia Madani.
The CFLI is a program designed to support small-scale, high-impact projects in developing countries, which align with Global Affairs Canada’s thematic priority areas for engagement. The program is directed at projects conceived and designed predominantly by local partners. Projects are selected and approved by the relevant Canadian embassy or high commission. The CFLI also serves to support positive bilateral relations between Canada and recipient countries and their civil societies, by deepening contacts and supporting local endeavours.
The average CFLI contribution is $10,000 to $30,000 Canadian Dollars (CAD$100,000 is the maximum allocation amount for a project eligible under CFLI). Consult the currency converter for local currency equivalents. Please note that all contributions are made in Canadian dollars and then converted to the local currency.
The Hai-O Arts and Culture Grants is created under the patronage of Hai-O Foundation, to encourage and support Malaysian arts and culture with the view to promote participation by all ethnicities in Malaysia, celebrating the rich diversity in Malaysian arts. Social justice, multi-ethnic unity and harmony form the spirit of the Hai-O Arts and Culture Grants.
Arts that bring together a wide range of contrasting spheres, through inter-disciplinary, multicultural and experimental approaches, articulating Malaysian identity are welcome.
The amount for the Hai-O Arts & Culture Grants is RM 50,000.00 (Ringgit fifty thousand), to commence on 21st December 2023. The fund will give out:
(i) RM 5,000.00 (Ringgit five thousand) for one Lifetime Achievement Award;
(ii) Grants ranging from RM 4,000 (Ringgit four thousand) to RM 10,000 (Ringgit ten thousand) for:
a) Creating new work in music, dance, theatre, film and visual art
b) Experimental productions
c) Research and documentation
d) Training
e) Workshops
f) Residencies
All arts practitioners in Malaysia are eligible to apply. Work sited in Malaysia will be given preference.
Guidelines for selection:
• The Lifetime Achievement Award is only for Malaysian practitioners.
• The Lifetime Achievement Award winner is not eligible for grant consideration in the same year.
• Only Malaysian applicants, inclusive of Malaysia born or Malaysian permanent residents, are eligible for the grant consideration and at least half of the participants in the project has to be Malaysians.
• Work/projects sited in Malaysia will be given priority.
• Applications will be assessed based on the project’s potential capacity to promote socialism, advocate social justice or inspire inter ethnic interaction and harmony.
The Selection Panel for awarding the grants is a one-year appointment and shall comprise of five renowned members
