The Bogliasco Foundation, an American nonprofit with a program in Italy, awards one-month residential Fellowships to gifted scholars and artists of all ages and nationalities. During their month-long stay at the Center, Bogliasco Fellows are provided with living quarters, full board, and a separate private studio. Fall 2019 semester dates are September 9 – October 11, October 14 – November 15, or November 18 – December 20.

ChaNorth is a New York State artist residency aimed at providing a nourishing, focused environment in New York for established and emerging artists as they continue their committed practices.

FINE PRINT: ChaNorth is a self-directed residency offering space, time, and inspiration to make new work. The cost of a four-week session is $950. Residency fee includes a private room, private studio, fully stocked kitchen. The fee does not include transportation costs to and from ChaNorth, and artists’ materials cost.
Ox-Bow School of Art (Chicago, USA) residency programs offer artists and writers, at various stages in their career, the time, space, and community to encourage growth and experimentation in their practice. Ox-Bow accepts applications for the Summer and Fall Residency program once a year. We furthered our commitment to the needs of artists by no longer charging fees for the residency program (including application, room & board, and residency fees). All accepted residents are fully funded.
98B is a multi-disciplinary COLLABoratory based in Manila, the Philippines. This is an independent residency program geared towards establishing a creative network. It endeavors to assist and collaborate with artists, gallery and art managers, cultural workers and curators in the course of their research, project, presentation or production. The program aims to build a meaningful and multi-layered cultural exchange where an individual can explore his/her practice in a different environment with an uncommon set of resources. The residency is customized to their purposes, needs and requirements.
The DANCE BOX residency programs are implemented in cooperation with partners Art Theater dB KOBE, Studio dB Kobe, Studio dB Kobe-loft and Mizuru RB (Yashima Art Port). The program is seeking artists, scholars and curators who pursue work in the field of dance. There is a primary emphasis on experimentation and the rehearsal process rather than focusing on the end result of the artists’ production.
IOAM Residency Program is open to international art professionals across disciplines. Yet, the selection process can be very rigorous. We encourage research-based proposals and unconventional practices, as well as artistic projects with local awareness. That said, all active and diverse approaches will be considered, and we would like to match two residency professionals with distinct backgrounds. We look forward to your proposals!
The International Choreographers Residency (ICR) program invites promising choreographers to the American Dance Festival for six and a half weeks and immerses them in the unique breadth and depth of the ADF environment. The cost for this unique program is $5,600 which includes tuition, performance tickets, room, board, and health fee. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the US.
PimOff is a multifunctional performing space founded in 2005 in Milan. Citofonare PimOff supports emerging realities to realize creative projects of drama, dance, performing arts not still completed. PimOff offers a period of residency; at the end the artists/companies can share results with audience. Deadline 31 March 2018.
